I had an excellent experience with Charles U., who came out to diagnose my HVAC system. Charles was professional, respectful, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly troubleshoot the issue. He was able to quickly identify what failed and clearly explained what was happening and what my options were. What really stood out to me was that Charles went above and beyond what I expected. He personally contacted the sales representative to make sure someone could come out as soon as possible to discuss replacing our unit. On top of that, he took the initiative to explain my billing concerns to the sales representative so they would already be aware of the situation before arriving. He didn't have to do that, but he genuinely cared about making the process easier for my family. Excellent service and very informative. Although the outcome was not exactly what I was hoping for, they were extremely honest and took the time to thoroughly explain the situation, the available options, and the reasoning behind their recommendations. Aaron was great. He was friendly, came early and gave us a call to let us know he was on the way. When arrived, he was respectful of the property. Communicated what was going on. Thanks to HVAC technician Fitzroy Irwin for his prompt and professional service call. He quickly diagnosed our old AC unit was completely out of Freon, but beyond its useful life. He was able to get a sales rep out the same day to help us select a suitable replacement. Jason, our sales rep, explained the pros & cons of different systems that could meet our needs and worked with the entire Reliable team to get us scheduled for next day installation. Well done!
